Gah, I always hate when managers are stingy with stuff like gloves, towels, etc. The reason we buy so many is because we need to use so many!

I don’t do the ordering at my restaurant, but I do the invoicing and XL gloves cost the same as all the other sizes, so it’s not even saving money.

When you’re in a rush and accidentally grab a medium sized glove someone left on your station and so you have to wear it on half your hand just to drop whatever it is that you needed
Also, I once grabbed large gloves bc it was all we had thinking it would be fine, my hands can’t possibly actually be so big that I can’t use them but my hands were literally dripping sweat out of the gloves lmao

For me, I’ve got large hands and can mostly only fit Extra Large.

I had this issue at a place I work before and I had to stash XLs all over. I had a place above the ceiling panel. A spot behind the service panel of the hood vent and a place under some boxes in the lift where there was storage.
